This is a Honey Process, meaning the coffee is pulped after harvest but left covered in its nectar, "mucilage", as it dries in African drying beds for 17 days, allowing flavors from the nectar to transfer into the seeds. Warning! The crisp flavor notes of the silky body and exquisite finish of this Honey Process can be addictive.
